Warranty Coverage:

  • Standard Warranty: The 3-month limited warranty covers defects in hardware or original software/operating system installation.

  • Custom Order Coverage: The warranty covers all parts from a custom order build and only covers the new parts from XBuilds Customs' 1 of 1 PC builds. Used parts are not covered under the warranty. However, all builds, whether new or used, are thoroughly tested and stress tested to ensure everything is in working condition.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

    • User errors

    • Software issues not related to the original installation

    • Customer modifications such as replacing components, overclocking, undervolting, BIOS updates, additional software installations.

Warranty/RMA Service:

  • 3-Month Warranty: XBuilds Customs (XBC) provides a 3-month limited warranty covering hardware-related issues.

  • RMA Process: For non-functioning hardware, XBuilds Customs will handle the RMA process with the manufacturer. XBC will cover the shipping costs back to the XBC office, the labor for replacing the hardware, and the shipping costs to return the fixed product to the customer.

XBC PC Limited Warranties

Defective Exchange Policy:

  • 3-Day Defective Exchange: Customers have three days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for defective builds.

Warranty/Return Policy

Warranty Conditions:

  • This warranty covers only normal use of the product.

  • XBuilds Customs is not liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:

    • Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, improper installation

    • Disasters such as flood, lightning, fire, or improper electrical current

    • Service or modification completed by anyone outside of XBuilds Customs

Refund Policy:

  • A refund may only be granted if the product arrives to the customer non-functioning.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the product’s limitations and performance expectations; thus, XBuilds Customs has no responsibility if the product does not perform as the customer expects.

Please note:

  • Keep all packaging, instapak foam and all shipping materials incase you have to ship the pc back to XBC.

  • Not all PCs have Wi-Fi capabilities. PC's with Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth capabilities will be explicitly said under the "PC Specs".

  • All RGB on pcs can be changed through software.
